online for you to browse through so you can see what you are getting for
your money immediately. All of our prices are given in print on our
website. We create and publish the first page of your website before
asking for a single penny. Because our design team have already designed
so many websites you don't have to wait for weeks to see it finished and
be charged a fortune for it, and just because your rental charge starts
at £4.99 doesn't mean it will look cheap either. Any design can be
adapted to be used for any website.
(Q) What about Email?
(A). Read and Reply to emails via our browser based WebMail system
Features of your FREE Mailbox: Up to 25MB storage space, Automatic
Anti-Virus scanning of incoming and outgoing mail, Download your mail to
your Desktop email client and/or Manage. NO Advertising will be placed
on your outgoing emails! 100 Email Forwarding - this means that
any email sent to your domain can be automatically forwarded by us to an
email address of your choice.
(Q) How much do you charge for your website rental service?
(A). It depends on what you want!
All websites require a one off fee of £19.99 to secure your chosen
domain name and server space (you can use any domain ending with .uk ,or .com ) To be honest you would be
better with a .com name as most people see .com as more professiona.. Most of our clients start with 3 well designed pages
and add more pages at a later date. On top of this fee you only have to
pay your chosen rental fee.
(Q) Why should I use your website design services and not another
company, and have you got a proven track record?
(A) We provide a one to one
personal service and are friendly and accommodating. We are always
available by email to answer your questions. Our website design prices
are very competitive. We are experts in search engine optimization, most
website design companies are not. We are also members of the HTML
Writers Guild, the UK Web Design Association and The International
Webmasters Association .
(Q) Are there any hidden charges for your website design or
optimization services?
(A) No! Once we have all the
information about your requirements you will be given a price and that
price will stand firm for both the website design and the optimization,
if required. The only time a given price would change is if you want
pages added before completion of the website.
(Q) Can I see the design while my website is under development?
(A) Yes! Once the design for
the main page has been completed it will be uploaded to our test server
for your approval. After approval you can make your initial payment of
£19.99 to secure your chosen domain name and server space and the rest
of website will be developed.
(Q) Can you make changes to the website design or text content once
it has been started?
(A) Yes! The main page will be
uploaded for your approval. If you want changes made to the design we
can do it then.
(Q) How long will the design of my website take?
(A) From 2 days to one week. A
lot depends on what your requirements are.
(Q) How much do you charge for updates?
(A) There are no charges except
for your usual rental fee. Usually around 30 mins of free updates and
changes per month once the website is finished.
(Q) I would like to use your website design service, what do I do
now?
(A) Simply fill out the order
form with your preferences (you will not be charged at this time) we
will contact you usually within 72 Hours with the details for your
website preview. We can also be contacted about our website design
services from the "contact us" link in the navigation bar.

up to date you may cancel your
subscription at any time and owe us nothing. All related artwork and
domain names will remain the property of Webhire™. If however you wish it
released before this period we will charge you a release fee to cover
the website design and artwork. for transfer of your domain name only we
will charge a nominal admin fee.
(Q) What about cgi scripts.
(A) We install our formtomail as seen on our clients sites as part of our
package. This will enable your customers to contact you with one click
from your website.
(Q) Do I need to use a local website design company?
(A) No you don't! Everything
can be done over the internet or the telephone. We design websites for
companies worldwide and rarely meet our clients, some of whom have been
clients of ours for years.
(Q) What about Website Maintenance?
(A) Information changes all the time. Does your site reflect your
current prices? Has your business grown and does it offer all of your
current products and services? Does your web site contain details that
change on a regular basis? If the information contained on your web site
is out of date then it might as well not be there. Our website
maintenance is designed to keep your website up to date so all you have
to do is notify us of the changes and we'll do the rest. And remember
this is all included in the rental price.
(Q) What about Site Promotion for search engines?
(A) We have a deal with our partners Submitzone who will submit your site
to 800,500 major search engines and directory's including Google, Yahoo,
MSN, Lycos and Alta Vista. Submitzone offer a single one off submission
